Whoops!  Where did all the MGM Signature Condos for Sale go? For years we have been selling the fully furnished studios and the 1 bedroom condos at “The Signature”.  This guard gated three tower high rise condo complex is home to 38 floors of 21 units per floor.  Typically, there used to be 40 to 50 units in each tower for sale.  These days the available condo inventory has diminished causing upward pressure on pricing.

There is an on site rental program, another by Jet Luxury Resorts, and owners can AIR BNB or VRBO their units – or even use our services to find a long term tenant. The flexibility of use, as well as the fact that the income appears to cover all carrying costs these days has resulted on the lowest inventory levels we have seen since the towers first came on the market for sale.  Prices are still 60% plus or minus of the original sales price.
