All the buildings in CityCenter ( zipcode 89158) were designed by famous architects.  Veer Towers was designed by Murphy/Jahn Architects, who are known for designing distinctive buildings.  In my opinion, as a high rise specialist, perhaps the architects should have had a focus group of agents like myself, prior to designing the buildings.

High rise condo buyers are all about views.  The main issue with these two towers is that the rear of the East tower looks directly into the front of the the West Tower – blocking views and affecting privacy.

Buyers in Veer seek the coveted Bellagio Fountain views that can be seen from the north face plate of each tower, and do not want to “look into another unit”.  Since the floorplates at VEER TOWERS do not run all the way up each building, and vary on each section of floors, Buyers really need an expert agent when shopping for a Veer Towers condo.  When looking at VEER TOWERS pricing, buyers will notice quite a spread between units in the same square footage range, and when formulating an offer price, it is important that similar view corridors be compared or the stats will be inappropriately skewed.
